The shimmering light adds laughter
that goes above and beyond
It fulfills my greatest pleasures
And keeps me hanging on.

The snow falls so lightly
Along my window pane
It draws me in so closely
And takes away the pain

My head is spinning in circles
With thoughts of you and me
While I hold the white box so closely
And tightly up against me, hoping its all a dream I begin to see that obviously you and me were never ,meant to be.

As my snowflake begins to melt like ice
The one thing you gave to me
My feelings for you have disappeared
And are now a part of history.
