To a Snowflake

Dear Snowflake,

oh

Why

Did you

Leap from the

Clouds, my

Dear

Tiny angel?

Were you tossed

For being cursed with an icy

Heart? For something falling from the cracks of

heaven, you still dance and sparkle

with hopeful beauty.

How

I long

to be like

you, snowflake:

Optimist-

ic.

With love,

The ground
