So Alone

I can't wake up, I think I’m still dreaming
Lost, alone, my mind still teeming
Screaming
Back to reality
I'm stuck between yesterday and today
When I cried and begged you to stay
To say
We are infinity

Why did you leave, did you think about me?
Without you I’m dark and empty
Lonely
I'll never understand
Is something evil dividing our hearts?
Bleak as a winter night, too dark
Apart
Solitary wasteland

Im accustomed to traditional poetry but I like yours execept its to the point! I prefer poems that make you think! but at the same time poetry that speaks directly to people simply is good too!Everyone has their own style! :) I Love poetry and people who embrace it! Very nice
