So Cold

This has left me ice-cold. Feeling an emptiness in my chest- Heart torn free and by you, controlled. Fell for you, now left depressed- My happiness you withhold. Wondering why, has left me stressed- As I think of all the lies you've told. Said you wanted us to be tight- Yet you have only disappeared. Thoughts of you keep me up each night- Distracted since you've appeared. Frozen from your neglect, has left me with frostbite- Yet I'd thaw if only you neared. So on this cold night, I'm only accompanied by the moonlight.
