so cold

I was in the cold so long.

My hart was numb as I gave up hope

You have been there but I didn’t see you

And as I sat in that cold place

You held me and said it will be okay

The cold got warm when you held me

My hart filled with hope

But you have to understand

I can’t be hurt

There’s to many scars

If you want to hold me

You have to want to be with me

I will act cool so I don’t lose you

I won’t make a seen

But I can’t go back to the cold

I was alone

Wondering if I will have anyone

But when you held me that day

I didn’t know what to say

I admit that I didn't see

What a man you could be

But as long as you’re happy

And you brought me out of the cold

And that is more then you could know

you saved me

now don't leave me
