So, I finally found him
So I finally found him/ the one I'd been lookin for
Or/ should I say/ he found me
For once in my life I was pursued/ and I liked it/ a lot
So I finally found him/ and it's great/ let me tell you
I don't lay awake at night wondering/ hoping/ tangling up my thoughts until they are a ball of yarn long ago forgotten in the back corner of my mom's closet
So I think I love him/ I think he loves me too
We talk/ a lot/
We communicate about little things/ big things/ important things/ sad things/ anything
So I finally found him/ it took me so long
I didn't realize it at the begining/ but this is the perfect relationship
So I finally found him/ it turns out he was always near me/ I just didn't know where to look
I was looking in all the wrong places/ to all the wrong people/ but he doesn't care about my past
He loves me for me/ isn't that great?
So I finally found him/ his name is Jesus
I finally found him/ and I'll never go back
