SO LOST
A 16-year-old girl,
so young and so lost.
Her mind filled with darkness,
her heart filled with frost.
Her thoughts are so heavy,
her spirit so low.
Her life is a battle,
she doesn't know where to go.
She's living with depression,
and PTSD too.
It's hard to find hope,
when all she can do is feel blue.
She's trying to cope,
but it's just too hard to bear.
So she turns to self-harm,
to take away her despair.
She's trying so hard,
but it's just not enough.
She's stuck in a cycle,
and it's so hard to break free.
She's feeling so helpless,
and she's losing her hope.
She's trying to find a way,
but she just can't cope.
