So on a Saturday eveningI
So on a Saturday evening
I decided to try something new
Went out with my friends
And one of them brought you
Always thought love
was the opposite of pain
But is it still love
If you dont feel the same
I long for your touch
Wait aimlessly for your kiss
You long for alone time
Your emotions clouded in mist
You say you have a past
And that is why you are the way you are
Dont we all have a past?
Why do you associate me with this scar?
I cook, I clean,
I take care of your business
No thank you, no admiration
As God as my witness
A relationship should be
2 people putting 100 percent
Why do I alway feel like
I give 150 and you give 10
Is it really love that I feel
For this man who doesnt want me
Or is it because I want love
If so then, I should set him free.
