Social Perspective Part 2

So what

Might I ask

Makes us boys

And girls

Why can't we just be us?

Why must we be male, female, straight, gay...

What we are does not define

Labels will only separate us

But we need

No we must

Come together

Hold hands

Intertwine fingers

And stand

Hand in hand

Walk a mile

Not in my shoes

But wearing my glasses

Take a look around

From atop your high horse

And see what I see
