Society as it is today

Is not what I want to see

Things we see in the media 

Our parents no longer have to tell us about the bird and the bee

We are growing up faster and faster everyday

Sometimes we forget our parent's teachings and follow others and what we learn from multimedia 

Some of those who arrived here by sea

Probably never imagined what the future would eventually be

From Miley Cyrus going from Hannah to twerking

Or a young black boy with no justice thanks to Florida

Our society needs to change because certain things aren't working

Bob Marley would probably say "We shouldn't be letting people get away with 'murda'"

Through thick and thin atleast we're all still here.

We struggled

Survived

And we will persevere 

Society will be society 

What can I do?

Make a change?

Cause a hulaballoo?

It's up to our generation to make the world a better place

Everybody put your hands together for the future of the human race
