Society

Why do I have to be pretty in pink?

Why has society painted this picture of me?

I try to be me and I never succeed.

Paint my face for the picture

That no one will ever see

Put my name on the paper

That no one will ever read.

So why my must I follow the rules?

Why must I be a Deity?

A goddess a queen something I will never be.

But pretty in pink is something society created in me.

All ways look your best.

Never a nine but a ten.

Never be in a scandal but be scandalise.

Never have a dream

Always be the dreampt.

Always be Pretty In Pink.

I'll always be what society made me
