Society

She dreams of a quiet leave

By tiny pills or a cut at the sleeve

She dreams of peace

Where she can live equally

Not affected by status, hate, or greed

The times changed too fast

She couldnt keep up

I saw her as beautiful

But it wasn't enough

"To much is wrong here",

She'd tell me

"Sex scandals, theft, and gluttony"

I'm disgusted by society

Funny what the world does to those I see as unique
