This Society

One of the things that upsets me the most,

Is the way the people behave in this society.

This society makes you feel proud,

For doing idiotic things but,

Makes you feel ashamed,

For doing something positive.

This society only likes you

When you’re like everyone else and

Puts you down if you’re different.

This society focuses too much

On who to impress.

Instead of focusing on what makes them happy.

I can’t take the fact that,

No one has their own opinion anymore.

I won’t lie,

Not everyone in this society

Are the way I described and

I give those people respect.

But there is no beneficial thing in life that

You can get from,

This Society.
