"Society"

The only thing that makes me mad,

Is the same thing that makes "them" glad,

Pleasureable Glories, suffice and fun,

instead of facing reality,we love to play dumb,

How can we say that we are "free",

When our morals and "self worth"

Are dominated by society,

We wont stand, if "they" say it's stupid,

But we'll Let 'em let us believe

in things like Santa & Cupid

Families rarely eat at tables anymore,

Our children are gaming and texting

From 4am to 4(am)

Instead of learning lifes lessons on what it takes to be a man

We're "Knowing" every bobby and Sally

Having babies we didn't plan.

Do you see the problem? Tell me you understand

Then we run and fight eachother

Not noticing the "trouble" at hand

"They" Belittle God

"They" Say "You're judging me, don't preach"

Because you say"thank you LORD"

"They" Knock you down so you can't speak

We are nearing the time,

when Speech will be slashed with pistols

When faith WILL be tested

When money will mean way less than sentimentals

And if you're not careful,

it'll bite you and watch you bleed

With it's sandwhich in one hand,

And you heart between its teeth

But anyway you asked me what make me sick,

i'll bluntly tell you,

It's the dang politics
