Society Holds Us Apart
You should be with the one you love,
As love is what matters to the one above,
Society in which is scattered; would bunch together if our hearts came as one,
Oh society holds us apart,
But why?
"My baby, you wanna go on a date?"
"I wish.."
If the one you love makes you whole,
If the chemistry between y'all flutters,
Why can't they accept our hearts are magnets to one another and let us be?
Oh the one above must be shaking his head,
For all he wants is us to learn how to love,
But society loves to shatter one's happiness,
Can you part from society?
Who will know?
Society holds us apart
