Society's Rules

1) You’re never allowed to tell a lie

Unless the lie sounds nicer than the truth

To tell people what they want to hear

2) Everyone is right

Everyone is wrong

You’re not allowed to disagree with everyone

3) Never stand-alone

Always stick with a group

Being alone is always bad

4) Take a good look at people

And guess who they are

That is how you know a person

5) Preach, Preach, Preach

Without any facts and that is how you

Will convince everyone who hears

6) Don’t speak up

Don’t say what you think

Speaking your mind is bad

7) Do what everyone else is doing

No matter how bad it seems

It must be all right

8) Politicians can swindle

Can take away our rights

But only if they aren’t caught by the law

9) Do not question people

Spread the gossip

No matter how silly it seems

10) Follow 1 through 9

Don’t break these rules

Don’t follow these rules openly
