Soldiers

You may be overseas but you're still in our hearts

We're not together now but you consume every thought

There's not a day we don't wish you were here

and every night is ended in prayer

for you

We send you letters just to show we care

I can't imagine, you must be so scared over there on your own

You may feel alone, but don't forget

You're not the only one with a home that you miss

You're not alone in this

And though it's sad you don't let it show,

You may act tough but I hope you know

There's a story behind every man dressed in camo
