Sole Of my Soul

Its at the sole of my feet That I find laid my soul in defeat I am sole author of such a feat For I tortured my soul when it was said I didn't fit Everywhere I left a print of the sole of my feet A part of my soul peeled off and so here I sit Head in the sky in regret, smile on my lips in mockery As my soul lays here sole at the sole of my feet in defeat I need to find solace in my solitude To find strength I must accept my fears Solitary hope I call upon my soul to grant my sole desire, solace..
