Somber

Silenced by the world around me

So sheltered and alone

I’ve spent so much time in my head

That I now call it home

Seen as a vending machine

Constantly being used

Always saying yes, never no

Is this the life that you choose?

Society hates me, in more ways than one

Hated because of my sexual orientation

Hated by the color of my skin

Nowadays it's hard to remember, just what year were living in

Screaming on the inside, smiling and laughing on the out

Nobody can tell, that I’m crying out for help
