Somebody
I am a Gemini.
I live to speak.
But you and I both know that one can only talk to themselves for such little time,
Before the silence creeps.
It slithers like a sly serpent looking, searching for the perfect prey.
And who better to gobble up than your dying sound.
You fight so hard, but the fear comes with every bated breath you take, then Boom!
The silence swallows your sound down.
But the silence has limits, it can’t reach you all the time.
Another sound can sustain your own.
If the silence can’t get to your sound will survive
All it takes is somebody to speak to you, hug you, and never let you go.
