Somebody To Lean On

Living,

What's the point?

Without friends and family,

Why am I in this joint?

Without love,

Without care,

What am I gonna do?

I simply cannot do this

Without you.

It's true.

I'm a child.

I need care.

I need someone to brush their fingers

Through my hair.

I'm like a baby cub,

Looking for some love.

That's the only way

That I wll soar like a dove.

It's crazy,

How the,

Loneliness,

Just gets to you.

I know that Sigmund Freud,

Would agree when I say that,

Loneliness is the worst type of void.

It tears you apart.

Breaks your heart.

Makes me feel

Like I am always in the dark.
