Somebody's Nobody

-SOMEBODYS NOBODY- By r.p. Stevens 11:08pm 11/8 It hurts to know the truth It's sad to know I caused them It's a shame I'm still living A somebody's nobody , totally forgotten.. When I look back at my life And start seeing these dumb mistakes Seen all that I have lost How many chances does it take?? When I was in my teens There was sports, school, and friends There was always someone there The love seemed to never end As time would tick, and days would pass So fast it was all a blur This is when it all changed A somebody's nobody has emerged. Some say I'm one of a kind. And angels even surround me Honestly if this was true A somebody's nobody shouldn't have found me I'm tired of being the one That could of, would of, should of. I had it all in my hands I chose to sit, when I should have stood up Noone will ever understand What a somebody's nobody is really like Or the shame I live with constantly Being a worthless husband to my wife. Im a somebody's nobody Ashamed, saddened, and cursed.. Sometimes I wish that it would end Call it quits, goodbye to all my hurt. would i be missed?? Seriously!! I'm asking you! Yes , bluntly Could you even miss a guy Who was somebody's nothing. I don't ever ask for help But when I do, it's pushed aside Yet if the shoe was on the other foot I wouldn't even question, I'd be there on the fly Some say my heart's enormous And I'm different, one of a kind A useless, worthless, nothing A somebody's nobody, losing his mind I could be the nicest, and try to help Everyone I come across No matter what I do My life is always lost If I love , I love with everything My heart still ends up crushing I'm still nobody's somebody Truth hurts, I'm just somebody's nothing. If i could change anything Change anything on this planet I would take the opportunity To make loneliness be banished. Like a magician at his finest Make hatred be vanished And I wouldn't let pain Fall on those who couldn't handle it. Everybody would have somebody In families, friends or marriage A somebody's nobody wouldn't exist It be gone , forever Parishad It's a shame that there are people Who feel they've been forgotten A somebody's nobody It sucks being at the bottom I know my mistakes, and my doings Have stopped my life abruptly But no matter how hard I try I'll always be nobody's something..
