Someone once told me

Someone once told me

My life wasn’t worth living

That in the end I will be so lonely

Asking for help or begging my homies

Dancing away my stress

Singing my heart

Acting as if

I’m no longer falling apart

Shed my tears

As the night begins

My freedom of hope

Will no longer live

(Her reflection in the mirror)

She don’t see herself

The way she act

The way she talks

Her swagger is gone

Away from her heart

When she looks in the mirror

The throbbing pain arrives in her

She cries, she hides, she runs and dies

Can’t you see what you did

She lies there in pain

You killed her so deep

She can no longer speak

But someone once told me

My life wasn’t worth living

That in the end I will be so lonely

Asking for help or begging my homies
