Someone Like You

Fade away and you become so distant

I taste the honesty,

the bitter sweet

It's shadows in the light

I don't want to face.

We've outgrown our friends.

Hating the indiference of the choice of words we choose

between friend or foe.

Our predatory skin hunts

for someone who we had before.

Someone Like You.
