Someone Like You

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone with which I can share

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone for whom I can care

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who will be there

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone to help me through the wear and tear

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone in which I can confide

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone on which I can rely

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who can turn my frown into a smile

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who is willing to go the extra mile

I’ve been looking for someone

 Someone I can hold dear

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone I can comfort in fear

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who can relate

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who isn’t fake

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone like…well

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who likes to rebel

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who’s a little sarcastic

I’ve been looking for someone

Someone who’s very enthusiastic

I’ve been looking for someone

And I didn’t have a clue

But I think I’ve found that someone

And I think that someone is you
