Something, Anything

I'm falling, flailing

Trying to grasp onto something, anything.

While you're searching, soaring

Trying to replace me with something, anything.

Im frightened, frozen

Pretending to look at something, anything.

While you're smiling, staring

Looking behind me at something, anything.

That isn't me.
