Something Borrowed


I pack my bags and go to the moon, maybe on the way I’ll see you. Take a train that leaves at noon, one day you’ll be here too. In my heart you will come soon, and love the day you found out who you were and where to stay to keep my heart a joyous place. But never to leave scars and pain for that’s what happens when it rains knifes and swords not cats and dogs that bring along a treturous game. If you can see how I need you, maybe things can come askew. And when the time is right, love appears, as flower blooms you come to tears.
