Something broken

You're broken

Pieces fall as you walk along the sidewalk

People stare

Feeling pity

As parts of you hits the ground

You're broken

Nothing holds you together

No glue can keep you from falling apart

And no one can figure you out

You are the puzzle,

That no one wants piece together

You’re broken

But no one is to blame.

You did not break.

You were not broken.

You’re broken

And that’s how you’ll stay.

Forever alone

And with pieces falling everywhere you go.

You’re broken

Because some do not break

Or get broken.

Some are just born…

contritum.
