Something Divine

There is something divine about uncertainty

To know that blessings are just around the corner

Maybe you are the blessing

Maybe I am the blessing

There is something divine about being a blessing

To know that at any moment a smile can be made

At the smallest act of kindness

At the tender-heartedess of a good deed

There is something divine about the effects of a good deed

To know that your work is appreciated

If not by someone else then by you

If not for the appreciation then for the new experience

There is something divine about a new experience

To know that the world is calling to you

For your soul aches to learn of its people

For your arms are open to new adventures

There is something divine about new adventures

To know that they come in many shapes and forms

In the thrills of travels, exploration and adrenaline

In the love of a parent, spouse, and child

There is something divine about the uncertainty of life

To know that anything is possible

Through love, passion, and faith

Through determination, perserverace, and strength
