Something I could not live without

Time passes me by

But one thing stayed by my side

A simple passion

More like a drug

A sport

No, Soccer is more than that

Its an escape from it all

A safehaven for plagued minds

plagued with the harsh realities of the world

the ugly truth

Without it I am not sure where ill be

I don't even wish I could see

it saved me from my hitting rock bottom

saved me from joining the wrong crowds

offerd a release when there was no other in sight

The best time to play is at night
