Something like a love song

I never really thought I would be adequate enough

But that's before I rediscovered magic in the dust

It just grabbed a nigga up

Never padded it with lust

Or had to fashion it, adjust

Or cram my passion into sum

It just went along the wind such as water in a stream

That thing beneath the surface went much farther than it seems

It's the father of my dreams

Departed from the things

That once were partnered to my being

Now I'm starting to believe

That it is larger than its seems

Larger than a dream

Within my heart is where it sings

It should be obvious to me

Of what this oddly thing could be

But spotting things to see

Is not what seems to be

All I know is whatever that lies

I hope we won't have to sever our ties

Before I begin to descend from my life

I'll send a goodbye

By the end of my time

I'm wondering if I should give it a name

For all of the people that's feeling the same

For now I'll just give it the symptoms it fames

So dig through your brain

And fill in the blank

Love is not this...illusive entity that you have to wait for or that only comes when "it's time"....Love is in us and for us all...there's just those you love a little more than others and that's hard for you to say...
