something strange

There is something strange about the theatre

Is it hidden in the costumes, or lights, or music?

Life leaves us with so many mysteries

I don’t think it’s in the costumes, though I

Feel they are essential. The lights are

Forever important, but no. The music that floats

Free? Close, but I don’t think so

There is something strange about the theatre, and it

Is that nowhere else in

Life can you be completely filled

It makes you feel with your whole self, It

Makes you understand sadness and joy

You learn how deeply pain can hide, you

Feel the elation, joy and pride or another person

Alive within your spirit

Acting,

is easy if don’t let it touch your soul.

Mysterious, isn’t it?

There is something strange about the theatre
