I almost said it
it was on the tip of my tongue
just waiting to be said aloud
what I want to say is something you will never know
I just can' let you know
my heart beats to tell you
but my mind is screaming no
but my body screams for your gaze that I see you give to others
and I just can't let it out
for I fear you won't feel the same about me
and I just don't want to be hurt again
especially not by you
I think my world would come to an end if that happened
I love you but I won't tell you because
you don't love me like I love you
and if you ever see this you won't know it me
because you are blind
I love you
