Song Bird

Little bird in your cage

why do you sing such pretty songs?

trapped in a cage your whole life,

and yet you seem happier than I.

Little bird in your cage

why do you sing such pretty songs?

You have no other of your kind,

and yet you still chirp away

Little bird no longer in your cage

how I miss your pretty songs.

Now you can fly away free.

Oh, I miss your pretty songs.
