Song Word

Stare into my eyes Do you see that little sparkle? It has a story to tell This tale is one that Can only be heard by your ears The others in the room Cannot hear They only hear the word I’m trying to listen for I dance around the subject Trying to hint at what I want What I want you to say Ignoring me I say it to your silence “I love you” The others in your head disappear You focus on my lips You question my statement Saying love is a strong word That glimmer in my eyes breaks I will show you Love is no longer a strong word Love is a song word If you were to listen I would sing it for you
