Yet somehow a voice of reasons

When the world crashes down

Which happens all too often at times like this

You have such a shining soul

And you portray yourself so sincerely

Though unfairly goes unnoticed

Since the negative is often victorious

But for all the years I’ve known you

You have been nothing but a solid force of optimism

So although others may not notice as often as they should

You are a keystone that holds our makeshift little family together

And when we part, which is inevitable we will miss you

Since you are such an embodiment of good

A constant that brightens everyone’s day

You have grown so much

You have a voice that commands acknowledgment and it is positively glorious

Of course you have doubts about next year

I think, or hope, that we all do

In this tumultuous turning point that’s inherent and good that you bring it up

Others don’t seem to have the courage to

But know we all adore you

Rightfully so

Since you are the constant good of the track

And despite it all you remain
