sophomore year

it was your first time in a high school

it was an overwhelming experience

guys would try and hit on you, unsuccessfully

you would try and hit on guys, unsuccessfully

you would have friends here and there

they would leave you because you did not sit with them at lunch anymore

and most importantly, you finally met a guy

sparks were flying as if fireworks were present in the room whenever you spoke

and then, he took advantage of you

you were too shy and worried to stand up for yourself

now, you are entering the breakup phase

oh what a dreary phase

you think the world is collapsing beneath your feet and just want to hide from the world

the magical part of high school is once you leave

the air seems fresher

the people seem kinder

the drama has disappeared

life is more cherishable

be prepared to leave behind the dread of sophomore year kid, it gets better

trust me

Just some cheesy kid with thoughts in her mind to write down while snacking on some cheeseburgers. Yo :/
