Sorrow on a Rainy Day

I express myself in the rain, the clouds, and the wind

The dark skies form above my head

And engulf me, in its eternal sorrow

I let the wind sweep me away

To where, I know not;

But I no longer mind

Whether I end in glory or in flames.

Life seems hopeless in the rain

A burden rather than a blessing.
