I'm Sorry,
No, not me, you are,
Well, sometimes,
but what is the reason for those two little words?
I'm sorry,
Now I am, I'm sorry,
for not knowing your reason, your explanation, and I'm sorry for asking, but sometimes sorry is not enough!
You're sorry,
at least you say so,
but as you say so just think,
are you really sorry?
I'm sorry.
two words,
so simple,
but at times so very wrong,
and as you look in someones eyes uttering these words just say to yourself,
is that enough?
I'm sory,
the way to put it this time is that I'm sorry I had to tell you this way,
but you listen didn't you?

I am a military child, and have been all of my life. A student, I believe that life is a school where the lessons never stop coming and there is never a wrong or bad question. Poetry is something I struggle to force out but can write a mean slam poem from free thoughts and an open sheet of paper. Your mind is a place where you know more than you can imagine be it from this life or one you once lived in the past, but either way there is a connection and you can always put some of that in writing. Also a writer, I write short stories and am working on various books.
