Sorry , but Not Sorry.
I walk in late to class again , but I do not care.
The lessons you write up are incomprehenisble, and
Your monotone voice has left me to just stare.
My eyes are wide open , but I'm not paying you any attention.
I'm looking at the board , my pen and paper are having tension on
what the heck the value of X is.
They pay you to sit at your desk and talk to the class and
Then tell me we have a test to pass?
I loose sight into what we're learning.
That bathroom pass on your desk is what I'm yerning.
Why do I have to learn what you are teaching me , if I am
never going to use it in my life.
"Like in algebra where
I’ve yet to go to a store and
say here is x and y +2 and give me my x change back thank you." -Tupac
But , you're teaching me this ... why ?
Then, when I do not understand you have to fail me.
Mom and Dad are mad at me for the grades you give me.
You tell me my grade is what I've earned.
Teacher , you're the teacher but what have I learned ?
Sorry , but I'm sorry for not understanding what you've taught.
The semester is over and everything I was supposed to learn in August ,...
I already forgot.
I rather party , and hang out with clouds in the sky.
Go to raves , and never say Good-Bye.
Summertime , is the best.
June 1st is my friend , I have LOTS of friends and I will stick out this
Whole school thing until the end.
I pray I do become successful after I graduate from high school & that
College I tried so hard to get into
All based on my GPA & ACT scores.
You told me sky is the limit , but all I see are these doors.
Door 1 which leads to the path of higher education.
Door 2 that has opportunies to fame and amazing blessings.
Then , Door 3 of eminent eustressings.
Thank you all Mr.'s and Mrs.'s
Here are my good - bye kisses.
Thank you for wasting my time.
Now it's time to reach out for my glory.
Sorry , but I'm not.
Next time teach me , what you've should've taught.
