soul

pieces of a mason jar

glass vases

broken

violently torn,

pink roses

heavy imprints

of foot prints

on the ceiling

walls,

echos;

in long

chilling

bedrooms

nothing more

than war stories

in the sheets,

welcome signs

plastered mockingly

at the foot

of thee place

any lover,

dares

enter in
