Soul Break

One more push.

Just one more shake.

Any sudden movements and I will break.

And now it's too late.

My soul is broken in half and so am I.

It will never be fixed.

Will I ever survive?

A fall like this is hard to tell.

And I know the road to recovery is long,

That time can only tell.

To when I'm back together.

To when I'm myself again.

So I take a step forward,

As I crash towards the ground.

I stop and say,

One more push,

Just one more shake,

Just dust it all off and I will survive this fall.

I will survive my soul break.
