Soulless
You are the death in me
The hollow voice of despair
With blackened eyes
Withered bones
Salt and pepper hair
Rotten teeth
Baggy skin
And horrid breath
You make me die inside
Killing my soul
And breaking my spirit
I’m falling into a bottomless pit
Only to see a small ember start
Right before you swallow me whole
Burning my skin
Slowly
Until it melts away
You are
A demon among demons
Kill, steal, and destroy
Your mind is one tracked
Poisonous snake
Back stabbing anyone and everyone
I see you
I can identify you
Your hollow dark eyes are glazed over
Yes I know you
We’ve met before
A long time ago
In the once dark place
I called a heart
You was there
All the time
You didn’t judge me
No you saw right through me
Through all the crap and mess
I look in the mirror
That’s where you were created
And I named you
Soulless
