Soulmates

You may never be with them,

You may sometimes.

Sometimes, that sometimes

Will be

The happiest

You've ever been.

Even so,

There will always be that other time,

Where they never call you.

They do not care.

They do not want you.

It is okay that they do not want you.

You are still sugar,

And if they mix up salt from sugar,

Then it is not your fault,

It is theirs.
