The Sound of the Lonely
Silence
Is beautiful, peaceful, remarkable,
alone..
It’s comforting, entrancing,
..lonely..
A thousand words that could be said,
A thousand words that could be heard,
But are not.
..nothing.
Silence
Is this peace or is this defeat?
Is it freedom or condemnation?
Must it always be like this,
or is it what I was meant to be?
Silence.
Loneliness.
