The Sound of Music

Tue, 11/10/2015 - 23:44 -- viol418

They encircle around, hearing

Watching as the music stops playing...

Some laugh, some may point,

But whose fault is it for the loss of knowing?

Ignorants they are for not seeing

The bleeding from the beatings.

Blinded to judge without mercy

Feeling alone in defeat.

But what can you do?

The show must go on.

Keep playing the song of life,

Leading the symphony to a new direction.

Remove the jagged knife

From within and perform!

Go, prove your best!

Show them you can face any test!

For they ignore the true meaning of life

And have killed their reasons for being alive.

Keep going, and make them hear,

Of the beautiful melody that holds on

From the Fermata's ending, unknown.
