A Soundless Cry for Help

Must I scream? Must I shout? Does the look in my eyes not tell you enough? I'm hurt. I cry. My heart winces at the sight of  you. But do you notice? I scream. Yet no sound has escaped my lips. Did you hear me? Do you feel this pain I feel? A paper catches fire slowly. It feels every searing inch of pain as the fire burns. On an on an on. Must I scream? Must I shout? My soundless cry for help goes forever unknown.
