Sounds

Proverbs 19:27

27 If you stop listening to instruction, my child,
you will stray from the words of knowledge.

Voices communicate everywhere

Listen! Listen! It is noisy

but the sound is changing some.

Hard to grasp that in my memory

even loud noises are not forlorn.

Is this storage apart from habits

or just stored through repetition?

In the difference there is a warning

to be noticed through admission.

What is knocking ... what is grinding

what is drawing my attention?

I've got to hear it ... I'm near it

Now I need to make decisions.

Should I wait another minute

can I postpone what needs done?

Not any more ... no more guessing

bring it down ... and get to a phone.
