Sounds of Destruction

I awake, The sounds of gunshots and sirens everywhere. Sounds of our own destruction. Murders Assaults Rapes Why is there almost no justice? We live in constant fear. Our favorite places ruined by the evil That will one day rule the world. How? How will we bring it back? The peaceful innocent Earth that once was. ©2010 Mariah Pawlak
