Sounds of Nature

Location

The buzzing sounds of machines

overwhelm our power of sound,

mainstream rhythm is concealed.

Birds that beautifully chirp, chirp, chirp

are covered with the industrialized

sounds of greed within greed

If you listen, and listen well

hear the sharp cry of nature,

as it once was, beautiful and majestic

full of sounds like an orchestra.

Think about the machines:

How they dominate people's lives.

How they control people’s thoughts

How they morph our very existence.

And  remember that after we all die, and fade away into nothing,

as we were, before we are born, nothing

and even after human rule, nature will once again take control.

No more machine, no more man, just nature
